Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions per week do I need?

That depends on your goals, availability, and recovery. We’ll map out an effective volume that respects your schedule and stress capacity. Most people begin with 1-2 personal training sessions per week and add in additional workouts as they begin to see their capacity increase.

What if I have injuries, mobility issues, or limitations?

We proactively design around limitations. Movement screening and modifications are built into your plan from the start. If you are dealing with a current injury and working with a rehab professional, we are happy to be connected with them to have a collaborative effort towards your progress.

How long before I see results?

You’ll typically notice strength, habit, and body changes within 8–12 weeks. Major transformations evolve over months of consistent effort.

Do you require long-term commitments?

We believe results come from consistency—not contracts. We offer flexible coaching durations, but longer-term clients see deeper, more lasting gains.
