Tash “Wolf” Whelan
Both Tasha Whelan and Dan Stephenson have been active as Senior Performance Coach’s and Lead Mentors to over 100 personal trainers at one of the Country’s largest health clubs in Seattle, WA. With over 25 years of combined experience as professionals in the fitness industry and additional experience as competitive athletes both Dan and Tasha exude great passionate about helping coaches, clients, and peers reach top levels in their health and fitness careers and has coached PRO athletes in Powerlifting, Strongman, Body Building and Crossfit.
Tasha is an international elite powerlifter herself, ranking number 1 female in Washington State, among one of the top 20 female powerlifters in the world and holds world records in her respective age, gender, and weight class. She currently is the world record holder in the deadlift in the light weight strong(wo)man division and is an avid mountaineer in her off season.
Academically Tasha studied at the University of Washington receiving degrees in Cultural Anthropology, Archaeology, and Dance, as well as Exercise Science and Athletic Training at Central Washington University. Tasha holds advanced certificates, including Pain-Free Performance Specialists, Certified Conditioning Coach, Certified Mental Performance Coach; helping others not only physically reach their goals, but helping them enhance their mindset to reach their greatest potentials.
Dan Stephenson is a competitive powerlifter of over 8 years and has helped other athletes and coaches reach higher levels of athletics, sport performance, weight loss goals and much added strength gains. Dan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Washington University and has spent many years self-educate and receiving certifications in strength and conditioning including:

Both Tasha and Dan are a part of Dr. John Rusin’s Pain-free Performance Specialist Team and act as a Master and Assistant Instructor traveling around the US to instruct coaches, trainers, physical therapists, and clinicians on safely and effectively training the human movement system. Both enjoy traveling the world and emerging themselves in various cultures and have climbed to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa, Salkantay Mountain in Peru, trekked for days to reach Machu Picchu, climbed the rock faced walls on Railey Beach in Thailand, rode camel back in Mexico, and continue their search for the next adventure and learning opportunity.
